Getting started is simple

Start by scheduling a site visit to kick off your project. During this visit, we will have an in-depth conversation about your objectives and carefully measure your project spaces. Rest assured, we allocate a generous one-hour time slot for this visit.

 

Design consultation

Are you unsure how to create your vision? Schedule a consultation with our design expert who will assist you in developing a customized project plan, curating a color and texture palette, and gaining insights into the potential return on your investment.

Your project lifecycle

what to expect

  • General Estimate

    Following the initial site visit, we will, within 1 day of your site visit, deliver a general estimate to the email of your choosing.  This will allow you to to see if our proposal will be inline with your budget.

  • Comprehensive Project Plan

    Within 5 days of your design consultation, we will provide a comprehensive project plan including a rendering of your space, updated estimate, payment terms, and a carefully curated color and texture palette all based upon our time together.

  • Deposit

    Upon acceptance of our comprehensive project plan, our accounting team will send you an invoice for your 50% deposit.  Once paid, your project will advance to scheduling.

  • Scheduling

    During this phase, our implementation team will review our current workload and material lead times.  They will customize and share with you the timeline for your project.

  • Production Notifications

    Prior to and throughout production, you will be kept in the loop through automatic notifications of any changes for planning purposes.  You will also be notified when any contractural progress payments are due.

  • Project Wrap Up

    At the end of your project, our leadership team will review our progress and create a final punch list for the project wrap up.  On the last day of your project, the production team will walk through the completed punch list and the accounting team will send your final invoice.
